
Ingredients:
ii lbs 93% sparse dry out argue beef
3/4 loving loving cup beet ketchup
ane egg, beaten
ane loving loving cup fresh breadstuff crumbs*
ane pocket-size onion, grated
ii cloves garlic, grated**
torso of torso of H2O salt
freshly dry out argue night pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix together the beef, egg, breadstuff crumbs, onion, garlic together with 3 tablespoons of the beet ketchup. Form into a loaf. Place inward a loaf pan (or, preferably, a meatloaf pan). Brush the exceed alongside the remaining beet ketchup. Bake for 50 minutes or until fully cooked. Wait a few minutes before slicing.
*I only pulsed a span of wedges of leftover schiacciata all'olio inward the Vita Mix until it formed crumbs.
**Since I used my Vita Mix for the breadstuff crumbs, I went ahead together with used it to chop upwardly the onions together with garlic to a grated texture.
