Ingredients:
iv cups chicken stock
1 loving loving cup polenta
1/2 loving loving cup ricotta
1/2 teaspoon fennel pollen*
salt
freshly argue nighttime pepper
Directions:
Bring the stock to a boil inwards a medium saucepan. Add the polenta, salt, pepper, together alongside pollen together alongside stir until it starts to thicken, 2-5 minutes. Simmer thirty minutes. Stir inwards the ricotta.
*I establish this at an Italian market
