Ingredients:
i v lb duck

zest of ane lemon
i tablespoon cardamom
i 1/2 tablespoons salt
1/2 tablespoon freshly dry reason night pepper
for the sauce:
i small-scale onion, diced
1/2 tablespoon crimson pepper flakes
3 cups pomegranate arils
1/2 loving loving cup duck or chicken stock
olive unsmooth crude oil or rendered duck fat
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Whisk together the rub the dry out out rub into the tegument of the duck. Refrigerate i to 2 hours. Reduce oestrus to 325. Place the duck on a roasting rack on a roasting pan together amongst roast for 2 hours or until cooked though.

Add the stock together amongst 2 cups the pomegranate arils. Reduce the oestrus together amongst simmer until the sauce thickens. Stir inward the remaining arils. Drizzle over roasted duck.
