Ingredients:
2 pocket-size fry zucchini, cutting into quarters length-wise
1/4 loving loving cup mayonnaise
1/4 loving loving cup Mexican crema
1/2 loving loving cup crumbled cotija cheese
1/2 teaspoon Ancho chile powder
1 clove garlic, finely minced
Directions:
Place the zucchini wedges, skin-side down, on a baking sheet. Broil for five minutes or until slightly charred. Allow to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, inwards a pocket-size fry bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, cream, cotija, chile pulverization together with garlic. Spread on all sides of the zucchini. Serve immediately.
Note: Can't regain Mexican crema? Try sour cream thinned out alongside 2 tablespoons of milk.
