Ingredients:
i lb "baby" Yukon Gold potatoes
i tablespoon butter
ii 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
ii cloves garlic minced
ii slices thick cutting bacon, cooked together with cutting into 1/4 inch pieces
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Bring a large pot of salted body of water to boil. Cook the potatoes until fork-tender. Place on a parchment paper together with purpose a spud masher to lightly "smash" each spud until the pare cracks.
In a small-scale pan, rut the butter together with garlic until the butter melts. Remove from rut together with stir inward olive oil. Drizzle over potatoes. Bake potatoes 15 minutes or until crispy. Salt, pepper together with sprinkle alongside bacon bits. Serve immediately.
