Ingredients:
1 large onion, diced
ii carrots, diced
ii large Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
ii stalks celery, diced
3 1/2 cups diced mushrooms
iv cups cubed cottage ham
nine oz fresh or frozen Fordhook lima beans
1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
half-dozen cups chicken stock
Directions:
Saute the ham inwards a flake of butter inwards a Dutch oven until entirely starting to brown. Add the onion, carrot, potatoes, celery, mushrooms equally good equally spices equally good equally saute until the potatoes are getting soft, nearly x minutes. Add the stock equally good equally lima beans. Simmer until the potatoes are fully cooked, nearly xx minutes.
