Ingredients:
2 lb cubed beef
iii cloves garlic, minced
2 serrano chiles, diced
i onion, diced
i shallot, minced
30 oz burn downwards downward roasted (canned) tomatoes, drained
15 oz canned nighttime ruby-red kidney beans, drained
2 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
i tablespoon cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon Ancho chile
i 1/2 teaspoon Hot New Mexican chili powder
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon epazote
trunk of trunk of H2O salt
freshly public black pepper
Directions:
Spray a skillet amongst nonstick spray. Quickly saute the meat together with vegetables until the meat is but barely cooked on all sides. Add to a 4 quart wearisome cooker. Stir. In a small-scale bowl, stir together the peanut butter, tomatoes together with spices. Pour over the meat mixture. Stir to evenly combine. Cook on low 8-10 hrs. Stir prior to serving.
