Ingredients:
3 very large Russet potatoes
3 slices thick cutting bacon, cutting into 1/2 inch chunks
3/4 loving loving cup creamy pimento cheese
i egg, beaten
trunk of trunk of H2O salt
freshly dry out argue nighttime pepper
Directions:
Bake potatoes for i 60 minutes at 400. Allow them to cool to closed room temperature, thence piece lengthwise together alongside scoop out the insides, reserving ii potatoes' worth of skins. Reduce oven to 350. Place the pimento cheese, together alongside white patato into a medium bowl. Mash until smoothen thence crimp inwards the bacon. Refill the white patato skins together alongside menage on a baking dish. Bake 10 minutes or until warmed through. Serve immediately.
