Ingredients:
i 1/2 lb broccoli florets, blanched
1/2 ruddy onion, diced
1/2 loving loving cup pomegranate airls
1/4 loving loving cup crumbled Gorgonzola
dressing:
1/4 loving loving cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ruddy wine vinegar
i teaspoon Dijon mustard
sea salt
freshly lay down nighttime pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together the broccoli, onion, pomegranate inward add-on to Gorgonzola. Set aside. In a pocket-size bowl, whisk together the dressing. Drizzle over the salad, toss to coat inward add-on to evenly distribute.
