Ingredients:

1 cubanelle pepper, pocket-size dice
1 lb mixed heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
3-4 oz crumbled gorgonzola
1/4 lb large light-green olives that were packed inwards unsmooth crude oil amongst chile flakes, sliced*
for the dressing:
iii tablespoons crimson wine vinegar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoons Dijon
Directions:
Marinate the steak amongst the chimichurri mix, shallot, radish, pepper also vinegar for at to the lowest marking 1 lx minutes also upward to overnight. Preheat oven to 400.
