Ingredients:
ten oz rotini
ii cups finely chopped dandelion greens
ten oz canned company white albacore inward water, drained
i pocket-size onion, diced
i stalks celery, diced
ii tablespoons capote capers
ii light-green onions, diced
dressing:
1/4 loving loving cup mayonnaise
i 1/2 teaspoon Dijon
1/2 teaspoon juice from the caper jar
1/2 teaspoon set downwardly peri peri
freshly set downwardly nighttime pepper
Directions:
Bring a large pot of H2O to boil. Cook the pasta until al dente. In the terminal min of cooking, toss inward the dandelion greens. Drain too every mo cool completely.
In a large bowl, toss together the tuna, pasta mixture, capers, onion, light-green onion, celery too every mo zest. Break upwards any large chunks of tuna. Set aside. In a pocket-size bowl, whisk together the mayo, caper juice, mustard, spices. Drizzle over the salad too every mo stir to evenly distribute all ingredients.
