dressing:
i teaspoon anchovy paste
2-3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
i 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
i 1/2-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
bounding main salt
freshly Earth nighttime pepper
Directions:
Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Toss with the arugula inwards a large bowl. Divide amid iv plates. Top with remaining ingredients.
