Ingredients:
i 1/2 lb modest potatoes, halved*
3/4 loving loving cup apple tree tree cider vinegar
iii bay leaves
i tablespoon olive oil or butter
1/4 loving loving cup fresh dill, minced
trunk of trunk of H2O salt
Directions:
Place the potatoes, vinegar also bay leaves inward a 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Add H2O to cover. Bring to a boil. Boil until fork-tender. Drain also allow to cool slightly. Meanwhile, oestrus the butter or olive oil inward a modest skillet. Add the potatoes, cut-side-down also position upwards 2-6 minutes or until browned. Pour into a bowl also toss alongside dill also salt. Serve immediately.
* I used Yukon Royale potatoes
