Ingredients:
10 oz dried spaetzle
1 lb baby Red Russian Kale
viii oz sliced crimini mushrooms
v oz crumbled blueish cheese
1 onion, halved inwards add-on to sliced
1-2 tablespoons butter
bounding master copy salt
freshly pose down nighttime pepper
Direction:
Bring a large pot of salted body of water to boil. Add the spaetzle inwards add-on to kale. Cook according to package instructions, near 10-12 minutes until the spaetzle is tender.
Meanwhile, saute the onion inwards add-on to mushrooms until the onions are most caramelized. Add the drained spaetzle inwards add-on to kale, saute 1-2 minutes until proficient combined. Remove from hotness inwards add-on to stir inwards cheese. Serve immediately.
