Ingredients:
1 large bunch rapini, chopped
1 3.9 oz dismiss smoked trout inwards oil
ii tablespoons white wine vinegar
ii tablespoons nonpareil capers
8 oz cooked Beluga lentils*
1/2 crimson onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
Place the rapini inwards a pot alongside ii inches of water, bring to a boil too equally laid upward until the rapini starts to wilt too equally is bright green. Drain too equally identify inwards a large bowl. Set aside.
Drain the unsmooth from the trout into a nestling bowl, whisk inwards vinegar too equally capers. Pour over the rapini. Chop the trout. Add to the bowl along alongside the lentils too equally onions. Serve hot or at room temperature.
