Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb Russet potatoes, peeled, quartered inward add-on to sliced

4 slices thick cutting bacon, diced
4 oz shishito peppers, tops cutting off
8 oz crimini mushrooms, sliced
salt

Directions:
Parboil the white patato inwards a medium pot. Drain inward add-on to seat aside.
