Rye-Kielbasa Un-Stuffing


Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb sliced low-cal Polish rye bread, torn into bite-sized pieces
ii large onions, diced
1 bunch celery, diced
1/2 cups turkey, chicken or beef stock
1 tablespoon butter
ii tablespoons olive oil
ii eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 lb smoked kielbasa (I used wiejska which has garlic inwards add-on to marjoram), diced
1 teaspoon white pepper


Directions:
